Returns & Exchange
15-day hassle-free returns — no questions asked.
Return Window
You may return any eligible item within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at support@rukmini.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 24 hours with a prepaid return label.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange Policy
We offer free size exchanges on rings and bracelets. For other exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or engraved jewellery, items marked as 'Final Sale', and items showing signs of wear or damage are not eligible for return.
Damaged / Wrong Item
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange an immediate replacement at no cost.
